ok, so this is a pve build so im sure it works very well, but im still gonna give my thoughts on each skill.
magehunter's smash - not my favorite hammer elite. its conditional so you may not be able to use it in some places. plus it doesnt have a secondary effect (no +dmg, no conditions, cant lead to a chain unless the enemy is enchanted). most hammer elites give two effects, like backbreaker, devastating, or forceful. id swap it out.
mighty blow - good dmg, but high adren cost plus no secondary or conditional bonus effects, like say ib or fierce. still though, will work fine. again, not my favorite.
yeti smash - never used it rly so i cant say much. aoe dmg seems it may be nice in pve. again, higher cost but it may be worth it, not sure.
counter blow - low cost, can be spammed easier, making up for the lack of multiple effects. still conditional though.
counterattack - havent used this one either, although i like the look of it. sit on an attacking warrior and you can spam this till the cows come home. nice dmg, nice effect, spammable. like it.
flail - love it. ias and no need for the cancel stance. built for pve.
watch yourself - dont even need to say anything. spammable defense. always nice.
lion's comfort - again havent used it, but looks like it might be an alternative to heal sig. dont like the adren or the cast time rly but should work well.
its pve so i know why you dont have a rez sig, but i still like to have one. maybe drop one of the attacks for it. overall, good but id consider maybe a better chain of skills. hammers seem to work best when your skills all work together in a chain of some sort. these skills seem more just like a rush of attacks. still good though because of well chosen utility skills.
6.5~7/10, good job.
*edit* why the zealous hammer? you only have one energy skill, and it give back energy. think its kind of wasted here. even sundering would be better here. (lol, never thought id say that!)
